Cancellation Policy

 

While we endeavour to adhere to stipulated service/event schedules to the best of our abilities, we understand that cancellations or schedule changes are inevitable and do sometimes happen. In such cases within reason, we may allow cancellations subject to our discretion.

Please refer to the following terms of cancellation policy :

​

• Our service/event slots are limited and for this reason, we request that you cancel at least 3 days before your scheduled service/event. This will allow us to avail your spot to another client/participant in the waiting list.

• Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by email to healerslodge@gmail.com and only confirmed upon Healer’s Lodge’s return acknowledgement.

• No refund of fees will be provided. We will, however, credit your payment towards another session/event for clients/participants who have given prior 3 days’ notice. However, if you do not cancel with at least 3 days’ notice, all payment will be forfeited.

• To the same effect, no refund of any fees or deposits collected will be provided for no-show cases on actual day of session/event.

 

If a session/an event is cancelled as a result of unforeseen circumstances by Healer’s Lodge, a full refund will be made to affected clients/participants. Healer’s Lodge will not be responsible for the reimbursement of any addition costs incurred at clients'/participants' end.
