HOW DOES THIS WORK?

A typical Reiki healing session will consist of a brief consultation prior to the actual 60-min treatment, followed by a discussion with the client post-treatment. The client will be fully clothed in a relaxed setting as the practitioner will either place or hover her hands over the client’s various body positions.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

Everyone experiences energy differently, hence each healing session will be different for individuals, depending on what each of us need at that point in time. Sometimes, we may experience physical sensations, sometimes we may receive insights or simply feel a deep sense of calm, sometimes, long-buried emotions may be brought up and released long after a healing session… Trust that our body has the innate intelligence to know what it needs most to heal.
