Too much unregulated energy flow and a chakra becomes overactive. The result is often the manifestation of physical or emotional symptoms related to said chakras.

A chakra balancing session helps to restore a harmonious flow of energy across the chakra system to keep our chakras well-balanced, bringing about a feeling of wellbeing, relaxation, centeredness, increased vitality and embodiment of oneself.
