Cancellation Policy

While we endeavour to adhere to stipulated service schedules to the best of our abilities, we understand that cancellations or schedule changes are inevitable and do sometimes happen. In such cases within reason, we may allow cancellations subject to our discretion. Please refer to the following terms of cancellation policy : • Our service slots are limited and for this reason, we request that you cancel at least 3 days before your scheduled service. This will allow us to avail your spot to another client in the waiting list. • Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by email to healerslodge@gmail.com and only confirmed upon Healer’s Lodge’s return acknowledgement. • No refund of fees will be provided. We will, however, credit your payment towards another session for clients who have given prior 3 days’ notice. However, if you do not cancel with at least 3 days’ notice, all payment will be forfeited. • If a session is cancelled as a result of unforeseen circumstances by Healer’s Lodge, a full refund will be made to affected clients. Healer’s Lodge will not be responsible for the reimbursement of any addition costs incurred at clients' end.
